CARE GUIDE: When treated with the same care with which it was made, and by following this simple care guide, your Keep Resin piece may last you a lifetime. Keep Resin homewares are made from a sturdy resin material. However, it should be treated with care as homewares can chip or break if they collide with another hard surface. Keep's resin wares are designed for cold food presentation only and should be cleaned in warm water when necessary. If your wares appear dull, we recommend rubbing resin with a cloth and a drop of cooking oil, this will restore sheen. Resin is not heat proof or fire resistant and therefore should not be used in any, or in conjunction with any kitchen appliance.
All orders are shipped from Sydney using either Sendle or Australia Post.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 in Australia.
Heavy items including (but not limited to) gift hampers, pots, artworks, furniture and rugs are excluded from this free shipping. Please feel free to get in touch for a shipping quote.
All orders aim to be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive.
If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, please email us at hello@elmsstore.com.au so we can sort out issues as quickly as possible. We offer an exchange, store credit or refund on all full price products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt. Items must be unused with the original tags still attached and with seals unbroken, if applicable. Return shipping costs (including exchanges) are non-refundable and are at the customer's expense unless we are responsible for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow a few days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
