All orders are shipped from Sydney using either Sendle or Australia Post. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 in Australia. Heavy items including (but not limited to) gift hampers, pots, artwork & furniture are excluded from this free shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow a few days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
