About the Author
Jess Racklyeft is a children's book lover, drawer and reader based in Melbourne who also creates work for card companies, picture books, original paintings, prints and all types of different client projects. Jess loves watercolours but is getting more and more into combining digital work and tinkering with oils, pencils and other bits and bobs she can get her mitts on.
All orders are shipped from Sydney using either Sendle or Australia Post. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 in Australia. Heavy items including (but not limited to) gift hampers, pots, artwork, furniture and rugs are excluded from this free shipping. Please feel free to get in touch for a shipping quote. All orders aim to be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, please email us at hello@elmsstore.com.au so we can sort out issues as quickly as possible. We offer an exchange, store credit or refund on all full price products returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt. Items must be unused with the original tags still attached and with seals unbroken, if applicable. Return shipping costs (including exchanges) are non-refundable and are at the customer's expense unless we are responsible for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you as soon as your refund has been processed. Please allow a few days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
